    Q. I lost my order number, how can I check on the status of my order?
    • You were sent an order confirmation via email from Search your inbox and spam folder for this email to retrieve your order number. If you cannot find your order confirmation info, email with your name and the date of your order and we'll look it up for you!
    Q. I just placed an order, how long will it take to get to me?
    • It depends on the shipping method you selected. We ship orders out within 3 business days of receiving them Monday-Friday. Please note, on certain products an extended production timeline will be called out on the product page. Items such as jerseys can take up to 28 business days to produce before shipping.
    Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
    • Custom pieces are made to order and are nonreturnable for fashion related returns. However, we are more than happy to replace any custom orders with quality assurance or order issues. Please reach out to with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue and our support team will attend to you within 2 business days. All non custom pieces are valid for a return or exchange within 30 business days of receiving the product. We do not provide shipping labels for returns or exchanges.

    Q. Are there additional shipping costs for international orders? 

    • Shipping charges do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and we are not responsible for these fee. We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country.

      As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any of these charges or others imposed by your country and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Contact your local customs office for information on what these charges may be.
